Eclectic Therapy to promote healing.
Eclectic Evidenced-Based therapy
Looking for CBT, DBT, IFS, or ACT—Without a One-Size-Fits-All Approach?
Eclectic therapy allows for a personalized and flexible approach, drawing from the most effective tools and techniques across multiple therapeutic models.
Many clients benefit from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These therapeutic approaches provide powerful tools to support emotional regulation, cognitive clarity, and long-term personal growth.
As we work through issues such as trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm, I incorporate elements from these models to support your healing in a personalized and effective way.
This may include:
Reframing negative beliefs and past experiences
Identifying and challenging cognitive distortions
Practicing cognitive restructuring for clearer thinking
Building distress tolerance and emotion regulation skills
Learning adaptive coping strategies
Observing thoughts and emotions with mindfulness and healthy separation
Exploring internal parts of self that may be overfunctioning or underfunctioning
Through psychoeducation and tailored interventions, I take an eclectic, client-centered approach—integrating techniques that meet your unique needs and goals, while supporting you in creating meaningful, sustainable change.
Here’s what we’ll do together
Evidence-based therapy tools can help fill in the gaps—offering new insights, practical strategies, and a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
You’ve Tried Everything—But Still Feel Stuck
Sometimes, no matter how hard you try to think your way through life’s challenges, lasting change feels just out of reach. You’ve done everything you know to do—but you may not yet have the tools or perspective needed to create the transformation you long for.
You don’t know what you don’t know—and that’s okay.
Therapy offers a path forward by introducing evidence-based, personalized strategies that help you gain new insight into yourself, reframe your experiences, and break free from the patterns that keep you stuck.
Together, we’ll explore your current beliefs about yourself and the world around you. There are valid reasons why you’ve developed the thoughts, behaviors, and coping strategies you have—and there is no shame in that. My goal is to create a compassionate, honest space where you can safely explore these patterns and begin to imagine a new way of thinking, feeling, and acting.
Having a grounded, supportive therapist can offer a fresh perspective and help you reconnect with your wisest, most authentic self. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you uncover the strengths and beauty that already exist within you—and learn how to bring them more fully into your daily life.
Real change is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone.
At the end of the day, I want you to know:
You don’t have to stay stuck—therapy can help you break free from old patterns, find hope, and create meaningful, lasting change.
What we’ll work on
Imagine a life where…
Your thoughts feel calmer, clearer, and more confident
Your emotions begin to align with your rational, logical mind
Your actions reflect your wisest, most authentic self
You no longer feel powerless in your circumstances, but begin to recognize the choices and strength within you
You live more intentionally and congruently with the life you truly envision for yourself
Believe you can.
Believe you can.

An eclectic therapy approach can be highly effective for many people—but it’s not the right fit for everyone. My goal is always to help you find the therapeutic approach that best supports your unique needs, goals, and healing process.
Some individuals may benefit more from a structured, full-model approach like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while others may find greater flexibility and progress through a customized, integrative method.
You may even begin with one approach and later transition into an eclectic style of therapy as your needs evolve. We can explore what will serve you best during a free consultation call, where we’ll discuss your goals and determine the most supportive path forward.

Not at all. One of my core goals as a therapist is to create a space of empathy, respect, and non-judgment—where you feel fully seen as a person, not treated as a project to be “fixed.” While we’ll use evidence-based therapeutic tools that may challenge certain thought patterns, emotional responses, or behaviors, every intervention is designed with your growth, healing, and well-being in mind.
Therapy is a collaborative process rooted in compassion, not criticism—supporting you as you move toward lasting change at your own pace.

You may be encouraged to apply the tools and strategies we explore in therapy between sessions—such as practicing new coping skills, journaling about your experiences, or reflecting on emotional patterns. This type of therapy homework can help reinforce what you’re learning and often leads to faster, more sustainable progress.
That said, homework is always optional. It’s not about adding pressure—it’s about supporting your growth in a way that feels manageable and meaningful to you.
